Your Impact
The Associate Consultant is a member that owns the Analysis, Development and testing of assigned products/applications utilizing formalized test strategies and plans developed by the team in collaboration with the development team and the customer. The Associate Consultant works with a Lead to provide support for the entire delivery process (requirements, planning, design, test automation development, execution, reporting), to evaluate results, and to recommend improvements.
What The Role Offers
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured plans
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate project activities as a part of a team
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts utilizing a standard centralized framework
- Write queries for testing/debugging
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track defects and enhancements
- Promote best practices for creating and maintaining high-quality software
- Communicate task progress and status of deliverables to the Lead
- Develop relationships with internal operating groups and external customers
- Create and maintain testing environments and associated test data
- Perform additional duties as required
What You Need To Succeed At
- We are currently looking for people Associate Consultant (1-3 years’ experience),
- Hands on experience programming and analyzing requirements
- Strong XML knowledge and experience working on web services-based projects
- Hands on experience with SQL and SQL query tools
- Strong knowledge of Windows and UNIX/Linux Operating Systems
- Experience working in complex environments using Iterative, Agile and TDD
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of software development methodologies
- Must be able to learn new technologies and processes quickly
- Must have the ability to work effectively within a team (onshore and offshore)
- Must can pay attention to detail and adhering to project timelines
- Must can work without repetitive direction
