Role Description

· Lead the team through planning, conceptualisation, and delivering project adhering to timelines.

· Coordination with design partners, design development, construction documentation, contract administration and delivery of the project

· Attend meetings & Coordinate with clients and stakeholders – understanding the needs and delegating work to team.

·  Coordinate with various teams - structural, MEP engineers, Interior Designers, Landscape Architects

·   Having good working knowledge of Codes and standards & regulations including NBC, NFPA, etc,

·   Production or Coordination of Architectural and presentation drawings for various purposes

·   Preparing BOQ, specifications, reports, and related data tables

·   Quality Checks comprising Review & Verification in Planning/ Designs / Drawings/ Reports/ Analysis etc. including proof checking all submissions.

·   Design & Preparation of Pre-Bid documents including project costing and valuation.

·   Experience in Metro / Infrastructure Projects is preferred.

·   Experience in BIM standards is preferred. 

Qualifications

·   B.Arch

·   M.Arch in any discipline (Preferred)

·   COA registered.

Software:

·    Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, MS office

·    Preferred - Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop, Coral Draw, Adobe Illustrator, MS Projects
