Role Summary:
We are seeking experienced professionals to lead end-to-end implementation of integrated Management Systems across Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety domains, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, along with sector-specific standards such as Aerospace (AS9100), Automotive (IATF 16949), and Medical Devices (ISO 13485).
This is a high-impact consulting role responsible for driving complete system transformation—from gap assessment to certification and long-term sustainability—while working closely with client leadership teams.
Experience: 8–12 Years
Location: Coimbatore (Client-facing role with travel)
Role Positioning:
Acts as a QMS Subject Matter Expert and Transformation Leader
Owns end-to-end delivery of consulting projects
Functions as a bridge between standards, business processes, and leadership goals
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End QMS Implementation
Lead full lifecycle implementation: Gap Analysis → System Design → Implementation → Certification → Sustenance
Develop management systems
Ensure alignment with standard, csr, legal and other applicable requirements
2. Process Architecture & System Design
Define process hierarchy, interactions, and ownership
Develop Quality Manuals, SOPs, and process maps
Integrate risk-based thinking and regulatory compliance
3. Client Consulting & Leadership Engagement
Act as primary interface with client top management
Drive strategic quality planning and management reviews
Influence organizational change and quality culture
4. Audit & Certification Management
Conduct internal and supplier audits
Prepare clients for certification and customer audits
Lead closure of non-conformities using CAPA
5. Training, Coaching & Capability Building
Deliver training on QMS standards and core tools
Build internal client capability for system ownership
Mentor cross-functional teams
6.Multi-Standard Integration Expertise
Integrate Aerospace, Automotive, and Medical QMS requirements
Customize solutions based on industry context
Key Competencies:
Expertise in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, AS9100,
IATF 16949 and ISO 13485
Hands-on implementation experience
Strong client-facing and consulting skills
Ability to independently lead projects
Preferreds Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or equivalent)
Professional certifications in management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 13485) will be an advantage
