Role: Career Facilitator
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site)
Timing: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Indian Time) [i.e. 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time]
Employment Type: Full-Time (Freshers Needed. Experienced Candidates, Welcome)
Experience: Not required. We hire for Attitude, we train for Skill)
💰Compensation: "Write Your Own Paycheck" Model.
Fixed Base: ₹14,000 - ₹18,000 (Based on interview performance).
Performance Incentives: Uncapped.
The Reality: A top performer who hits their targets can easily earn ₹50,000 incentive per month.

✅ You are based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and are comfortable working a night shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST).
💡 Prior experience in career consulting, professional writing, HR, or communications is a plus but NOT required. If you have the skills and willingness to learn, we’ll train you!
