This role involves managing all activities related to the setup and quality audits of Digital Advertising Campaigns for the AXA Brand across multiple countries. Responsibilities include data validation and reporting management. While media agencies handle media buying and execution for programmatic campaigns, the role also requires owning and managing the programmatic tools, making monitoring and overseeing these tools a core responsibility
Profile Requirement:
- Candidates with 5-6 years of experience in Display Digital Advertising, with hands-on expertise in tools like CM360, DV360, IAS, TTD, and Amazon DSP, are required
- Manage ad trafficking deliverables and ensure the overall health of campaigns by auditing campaigns across associated tools, with a good understanding of web analytics for tracking, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis.
- Understanding of conversion framework and configuration is required
- Support the team with complex and sensitive analyses in CM360, DV360 and other DSP’s
- Assist in report planning, template creation, project planning, and campaign execution
- Propose and support initiatives to create new value within the ad operations domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the Advertising Media plan, set up campaigns, and conduct quality audits using CM360, DV360,IAS, and other related tools.
- Collaborate with vendors, creative agencies, and integrated advertising teams on all aspects of digital and programmatic advertising.
- Monitor and validate all campaign data, perform frequent data checks, and communicate insights to partners and media agencies for effective campaign management.
- Comprehend campaign objectives related to conversions and lead generation to validate KPIs.
- Oversee ongoing programmatic campaigns managed by media agencies in DV360, providing optimization suggestions.
- Gain quick exposure to Google Analytics/Piano Analytics to analyze campaign performance and effectiveness.
Supporting Skills:
- Strong Ad operations trafficking and troubleshooting capabilities
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven skills in time management, prioritization, and team training
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of HTML5 and JavaScript is a plus
- Expertise in at least one domain, such as programmatic or social advertising (paid media), is advantageous
- Excellent presentation skills

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
