Role Description

This full-time hybrid role of Associate Consultant – Corporate Relations is based in Chennai / Bengaluru Area, with flexibility for partial remote work. The primary responsibility of the role involves developing and managing corporate partnerships, identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, and fostering collaborations. The Associate Consultant will also research market needs, identify industry trends, and create strategies to strengthen corporate relationships. Regular interactions with partners to ensure alignment with business goals and growth opportunities will be a significant part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in business development, corporate relations, or account management
• Knowledge of market analysis, research, and identifying industry trends
• Proficiency in managing corporate partnerships and driving collaborative initiatives
• Adaptable to a hybrid work environment and proactive in achieving organizational targets
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in EdTech or corporate training industries is a plus
