About the role
The Associate Community Manager is an execution-focused role responsible for driving specific workstreams within the campus community function. This is an excellent early-career opportunity for someone operationally strong and genuinely student-focused.
Responsibilities
Events & Community Operations
- Co-own and execute events across cultural, tech, and student-led formats
- Manage logistics and coordination for clan and house competitions
- Support masterclass and peer learning session planning and execution
- Coordinate external competition participation and student application pipelines
Student Engagement
- Handle day-to-day student communication and engagement on campus
- Support student body management and assist in building a consistent community culture
- Assist in identifying exposure opportunities for students in competitions and conferences
Tracking & Documentation
- Collect and maintain student wins records in line with campus and central standards
- Maintain accurate records of events, programmes, and community activity
What we're looking for
- Strong execution skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a student-facing environment
- Early-career background in community, events, or related fields
- Proactive, self-driven, and keen to take ownership of defined workstreams
- Good written and verbal communication skills
