Accountabilities
- Provide on-site clinical education, product training, and technical support to healthcare professionals and customers.
- Support field teams in delivering high-quality service and achieving positive clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to execute territory plans and customer engagement strategies.
- Participate in medical conferences, workshops, and industry events to increase product awareness and support business growth.
- Assist with customer case support and clinical troubleshooting when required.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant healthcare, life sciences, biomedical, or technical discipline.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant clinical, healthcare, or technical support experience are encouraged to apply.
