Location: Gurgaon (opposite Millennium Metro Station), In-office, 5–6 days/week

We are looking for a sharp, high-energy person to run the coordination between our clients, our screening team, and the candidates going for interviews. You keep every interview on track, chase the updates that matter, and make sure nothing slips.
Xponentium is an AI and IT services company founded by IITians, working with large IT services firms and enterprise clients across India and the US. We run sourcing, screening, and client coordination at scale, with AI infused at every step.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼
- Help with communication with the client
- Keep everyone updated — send selected candidate details to the client, follow up for interview feedback, and pass the result back to recruiters and vendors.
- Update and maintain internal records
- Coordination between candidate and client
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿
- Someone who follows up without being told — you chase two or three times and never let a message go unanswered.
- Organised and sharp — you can handle many tasks at once, keep track of each one, and notice quickly when something does not look right.
- Clear communication on the phone and in writing, comfortable with Excel, with a "get it done" attitude. Ready to work 5–6 days a week in our Gurgaon office. Notice period of 15 days or less.
