Associate – Client Acquisition & Partnerships

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional to join VocSkill Educational Private Limited as an Associate – Client Acquisition & Partnerships. This role focuses on building strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions to implement industry-aligned skill development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, connect, and build relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutes
- Pitch VocSkill’s skill development programs, certification courses, and NEP 2020-aligned offerings
- Drive institutional partnerships for setting up on-campus skill development centers
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions with academic leaders and decision-makers
- Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from lead generation to onboarding
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of programs at partner institutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, education partnerships, or institutional outreach
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Familiarity with the education or skill development sector is a plus
