Role Description

The Associate, CEO's Office will support the CEO in day-to-day functions, administrative operations, and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include managing communications, handling schedules, assisting in administrative tasks, arranging meetings, and ensuring smooth office operations. The role also involves liaising with clients and internal teams to facilitate efficient coordination and follow-ups as required. This is a full-time on-site role based in Udaipur.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO in day-to-day operations, planning, and coordination
  • Manage calendars, meetings, schedules, and follow-ups on action items
  • Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and documents for leadership reviews
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and MOMs
  • Track progress on CEO-led initiatives and ensure timely closure of tasks
  • Act as a point of coordination between the CEO and internal teams/stakeholders
  • Handle official communication, documentation, and correspondence with confidentiality
  • Conduct basic research, data compilation, and analysis for decision support
  • Support special projects and ad-hoc assignments driven by the CEO’s office


Qualifications & skills

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interaction with stakeholders at various levels
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks, including scheduling and document management
  • Basic Accounting knowledge to assist with expense tracking and financial tasks
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is highly desirable
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder coordination skills
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Professional maturity, discretion, and ownership mindset
  • Problem-solving ability with a structured approach


Technical skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Comfortable with documentation, reporting, and presentation preparation
  • Basic understanding of business operations and coordination workflows
