At Collegedunia, one ofthe leading educational portals, we are currently looking for a talented Associate caller (Education Counsellor) to join our innovative and passionate team. This is a full-time, opportunity that promises not just a job but a path to personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Call and counsel students on their education queries.
• Share information about colleges, exams, and application processes.
• Make follow-up calls and ensure regular engagement with leads.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Understand student interests and recommend suitable courses or colleges.
• Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident, convincing, and motivated to meet targets.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.
• Prior experience in sales/telecalling/education counselling preferred.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Job Details:
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: 12k
