At Advent AI Services, we are building AI-led solutions that help businesses build efficiency into their operations and build speed too. As a growing startup, we are looking for someone who wants to learn how real businesses operate from the inside.
This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are curious, proactive, organized, and excited to work directly with founders.
What you’ll work on:
• Business operations and coordination
• HR and hiring activities, payment of bills, and invoicing.
• Compliance and statutory filing - finance and company affairs
• Lead generation and prospect research
• Preparing pitch decks and business presentations
• Organizing meetings and following up on action items
• Supporting day-to-day founder office activities
You will work closely with the founders and get exposure to real business conversations, decision-making, execution challenges, and problem-solving. You will understand and experience how startups build, sell, hire, and scale
At the same time, we want to be transparent:
This role is not just about strategy discussions, exciting meetings, or startup glamour. It involve repetitive follow-ups, coordination work, documentation, scheduling, chasing updates, and handling operational details that keep a business moving- that is the reality of building companies.
We believe learning comes with responsibility and sometimes with mundane work too.

What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to the situation
• Good organizational and coordination abilities
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and exposure to using LLMs is a plus.
Most importantly — willingness to learn, take ownership, and stay consistent

This roles is based out of Chennai and is remote-friendly with once-a-week in-person meetups.
We believe a Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, HR, or related fields will help to deliver better in this role. But we are open here, if you want to prove otherwise without any of these related degrees.
