About The Role

We’re looking for an Associate – Business Operations to support teams, internal coordination, and data-driven decision-making across teams. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who enjoys wearing multiple hats combining project coordination, basic business analysis, and backend operations to ensure smooth delivery ofany ongoing client projects

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day support project execution across sales, delivery, tech, and ops teams
• Track timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and progress to ensure on-time completion
• Act as a bridge between internal stakeholders to remove blockers and maintain alignment
• Support project planning, task allocation, and follow-ups using project management tools
• Manage backend operations including data tracking, reporting, and documentation
• Assist in analyzing project performance, workflows, and operational metrics
• Translate business requirements into clear action items for internal teams
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in Business Operations, Project Coordination, or agency environments
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools (ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Trello, rocketlane etc.)
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and operational tracking
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Agency background preferred
