Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Associate Business Manager to lead and drive revenue growth in the
B2C sales segment. The role involves managing sales strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and
ensuring the achievement of sales targets while enhancing customer engagement and profitability.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder
management skills along with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct daily meetings with the sales team to review targets, track performance, and plan daily
activities.
● Provide regular product and sales training to Inside Sales Managers to improve product
knowledge, customer handling, and sales skills.
● Motivate and support the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive
work environment and focusing on team retention.
● Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly sales targets and ensuring consistent improvement
in sales performance.
● Plan and implement sales strategies based on past performance, market trends, and revenue
opportunities to improve results and profitability.
● Build and grow a high-performing sales team, with the aspiration to scale and manage a larger
team in the future.
● Analyze sales data and performance metrics through daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track
progress and make informed decisions.
● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends and identify
new business opportunities.
● Improve internal sales processes and systems to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Revenue Management.
● Proven experience in B2C sales and team management.
● Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities and team Management
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to analyze sales metrics and drive performance improvements.
● Bachelor’s degree required.
