Role: Associate Business Development Manager (BDM)
We’re hiring Associate BDMs who can engage with inbound and outbound leads, understand customer requirements, and convert them by recommending the right solutions.
What you’ll do
- Talk to designers, architects, contractors, and builders
- Understand project needs and material requirements
- Recommend the right products and procurement solutions
- Convert leads into long-term customers
- Work closely with internal supply and operations teams

- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable speaking with construction professionals
