impactful insurance products.
Role Summary
We are looking for a Associate - Business Development who will play a key role in partner
acquisition. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with decision- makers of
potential partner organizations via LinkedIn, initiate conversations, and arrange meetings for
conversion into active partners.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident, articulate, and eager to build a career in
business development and partnerships. Female candidates preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential partner organizations relevant to CoverSaathi
• Engage with decision-makers (Founders, CXOs, Business Heads, HR Heads, etc.) on
LinkedIn
• Initiate professional conversations and pitch CoverSaathi’s value proposition
• Follow up regularly to nurture leads and build relationships
• Schedule meetings between potential partners and the senior management team
• Maintain and update lead and interaction data in CRM / tracking sheets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, cold calling and market research
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
• Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional outreach and networking
• Confident, persuasive, and relationship-oriented personality
• Basic understanding of B2B, B2B2C sales, partnerships, or business development is a
plus
