About the Role
We are hiring an Associate Business Consultant – CRM & Marketing Automation to join our Hyderabad team.
This is a client-facing business consulting and solution implementation role, not a conventional IT Business Analyst or documentation-focused position.
You will work directly with customers to understand their sales, marketing, and customer engagement challenges and help translate their business needs into practical CRM and marketing automation solutions.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with clients, asking insightful questions, presenting ideas confidently, and collaborating with technology teams.

CRM & Marketing Automation

- Assist with customer segmentation, campaign planning, and workflow automation.
- Support the implementation and adoption of DigiCRM across customer organizations.
Product Demonstrations & Solution Delivery
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective and existing customers.
- Collaborate with product, development, and implementation teams to translate business requirements into working solutions.
- Support user acceptance testing, customer training, and implementation activities.
- Gather customer feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, B2C marketing, CRM, sales operations, marketing automation, or customer engagement.
- At least 1 year of practical exposure to B2C sales or marketing processes.
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts, sales funnels, lead generation, campaign management, and customer journeys.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in client-facing discussions.
- Ability to understand business problems, ask relevant questions, and propose logical solutions.
- Willingness to learn new enterprise software platforms and business processes.
- Comfortable working from our Hyderabad office.
Good to Have
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar applications.
- Exposure to marketing automation tools, email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, or customer engagement platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, website conversion tracking, lead attribution, or campaign performance reporting.
- Understanding of AI-driven marketing, workflow automation, and customer analytics.
- Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related disciplines.

- Enjoy interacting with people and understanding business challenges.
- Can confidently communicate ideas to business stakeholders.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Are proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
