About the Role:
As an HR Associate Builder, you are a key contributor to our community. Your main role is to find Perspective Interested candidates to join us, guide them as they get started, and make sure everyone in the community feels supported. You will play a big part in building the contributor network that makes CAMPUS TO CORP more accessible and easily approachable.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively search for Perspective Interested candidates in universities and online groups who want to gain work experience while pursuing their degrees.
- Share community invites and program details across social media, WhatsApp groups, and LinkedIn to expand our contributor network.
- Review initial applications to identify and select the most motivated individuals to move forward in the selection process.
- Manage the shortlisting process by checking form entries and deciding which candidates qualify for the interview round.
- Coordinate with candidates and the core team to schedule interview times and handle all follow-up communication.
- Oversee the final onboarding by collecting detailed registration forms, including ID proofs, to complete contributor profiles.
- Welcome new members into our community groups and help organize online meetings or activities to keep the community engaged and supported.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Currently studying or recently graduated (any field).
- You enjoy talking to students and can explain the benefits of our community clearly.
- You are organized, professional, and good at following a step-by-step process.
- You are comfortable using Google Forms, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
- Soft Skills: You must be friendly, patient, and proactive in making the community more approachable.
