Urban Company started out as UrbanClap in Nov 2014, when its founders, Abhiraj, Raghav and Varun realized that the home services industry was predominantly unorganized, fragmented and offline. Customers found it difficult to avail quality services in a convenient manner, and service professionals were struggling to make ends meet, having to rely upon several middlemen, contractors, and local aggregators. The founders felt that the industry was ripe for disruption, and launched Urban Company, with three key principles in mind -

About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, curious brand marketing associate to help build Native into the most trusted consumer tech brand in India, across two categories, two very different products, and a brand story that's only getting started.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. One day you're helping map out an influencer plan for a product launch. The next you're in the room for a brand event, making sure everything actually comes together.
What you'll do
Brand & social
- Support the planning and execution of brand marketing activities across Instagram, YouTube, and owned channels — content calendars, campaign rollouts, and day-to-day social presence.
- Help maintain consistency in how Native sounds and looks across every touchpoint, from a creator brief to a product listing to a campaign post.
Influencer & creator marketing
- Research, identify, and help manage creator partnerships that genuinely fit Native's voice, not just follower counts, but real alignment with what the brand stands for.
- Support briefing, coordination, and tracking of creator content from start to go-live.
Events & activations
- Assist in planning and executing brand events and activations, logistics, vendor coordination, on-ground execution, and post-event wrap-up.
- Be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Strategy & growth
- Understand the customer journey for both Native RO and Native Locks, and help build communication that meets people at the right stage, with the right message.
- Work with GTM and growth teams to align brand activity with product launches, seasonal moments, and revenue goals.
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, content, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in at least one of: influencer/creator marketing, brand marketing, or social media management. Experience across more than one is a strong plus.
- Someone who is naturally curious about brands, culture, and what makes people pay attention.
- Comfortable switching between thinking and doing
- Strong written communication. You don't need to be a copywriter, but you need to have a point of view and be able to express it clearly.
