Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Brand Manager located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Associate Brand Manager will oversee brand initiatives, develop and execute marketing strategies, and manage creative campaigns to improve brand visibility. The role includes coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, monitoring brand performance, and proposing tactical solutions to achieve business objectives. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring alignment with the company’s core values and crafting compelling stories that resonate with consumers.
Qualifications
- Strong branding and marketing skills, including experience in brand positioning, campaign execution, and marketing strategy development.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, consumer insights, and brand performance data.
- Content creation and storytelling capabilities to craft engaging and relevant brand narratives.
- Proficiency in social media management, digital marketing, and campaign analytics tools.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate across departments.
- Creative problem-solving and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
- Experience in the cosmetic, skincare, or personal care industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
