Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Associate for a full-time, on-site role based in Saraiya. The Associate will assist clients with financial solutions, support them in understanding and navigating their lending options, and work closely with internal teams on client accounts. Daily responsibilities include managing client inquiries, coordinating financial applications, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate client records to ensure successful loan processing.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills
- Proficiency in Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Experience in Data Entry, Record Keeping, and Documentation
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Analytical Thinking and Attention to Detail
- Ability to collaborate with a team and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with financial products and loan processes is a plus
