Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ramnagar for an Associate at voco Jim Corbett. The Associate will be responsible for assisting in the execution of daily operational tasks, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a memorable experience for guests. Responsibilities include supporting various departments, coordinating guest requests, maintaining the quality and cleanliness of the facility, and assisting with event preparations as needed to uphold the high standards of the resort.
Qualifications
- Customer service excellence, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Adaptability to work in dynamic and fast-paced hospitality environments
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reservation systems
- Experience in hospitality or guest services roles is preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across departments
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is advantageous
