Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate located in Ahmedabad. The Associate will focus on researching and preparing legal documents, drafting and reviewing agreements, and engaging in case preparation for court hearings. The role also involves liaising with clients, interpreting laws, attending court proceedings, and providing strategic legal advice. As part of the team, the Associate will collaborate with experienced attorneys to ensure the successful management of cases across multiple legal domains.
Qualifications
- Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills
- Proficiency in interpreting legal statutes, preparing legal briefs, and case assessments
- Effective communication, client interaction, and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of Criminal, Civil, Revenue, and Constitutional law
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
- Law degree from a recognized institution and a valid license to practice law in India
- Prior courtroom experience or internships within relevant legal domains are advantageous
