Role Description

This is a contract, on-site Associate role located in Nashik. The Associate will be responsible for coordinating with farmers and other stakeholders, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of produce, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting supply chain processes. The role also includes analyzing market trends, optimizing operations, and contributing to the company’s goals of enhancing efficiency and farmer collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong operational skills including supply chain management, logistics coordination, and inventory handling
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for market research and operational optimization
• Familiarity with the agribusiness sector or experience in similar industries is a plus
• Proven ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic environments
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Management, or a related field
• Proven track record of working with B2B businesses or agricultural marketplaces is advantageous
