Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate at V A Bapat & Co., located in Mumbai(Ghatkopar). The Associate will handle various responsibilities, including assisting with accounting processes, auditing financial statements, preparing tax returns, conducting tax research, and supporting clients in taxation and compliance matters. The role also includes collaborating with teams to ensure the highest standards of professional service delivery to clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Auditing practices
- In-depth knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation, Tax Advisory, and Compliance
- Strong skills in Financial Analysis, Tax Planning, and Regulatory Research
- Attention to detail, Analytical Thinking, and Problem-Solving Abilities
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office tools
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field (Semi Qualified CA preferably)
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills with the ability to work in a team
- Commitment to continuous learning to stay updated with changes in relevant laws and regulations
