Role Summary: Associate
Highly skilled individuals actively collaborate with teams across offices to deliver robust strategic and analytical solutions tailored to client needs. The ‘Associate’ role offers a valuable learning opportunity in complex data analytics (both inferential and descriptive), synthesis, problem-solving, insight generation, and structured communication.
In this role, you will work with our healthcare clients on a range of engagements, including opportunity assessments and forecasting, choice-based modeling to evaluate demand and identify drivers/barriers to product adoption, patient journey analysis, customer segmentation, market mapping, patient-level data synthesis and insight generation, performance tracking, marketing analytics, and sales force analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Critically analyze problem statements and deconstruct them to align with business objectives
Gather and interpret data to generate insights using statistical techniques and custom modeling approaches
Articulate findings and key implications (“so-what”) through compelling, visually engaging reports
Actively participate in client and project team meetings to contribute insights and drive alignment
Ensure project compliance and uphold the highest standards of quality and rigor
Execute defined tasks independently with full ownership of deliverables and timelines
Effectively communicate results and recommendations to internal Trinity stakeholders and clients
Education and Experience: Graduate bachelor’s degree from a premier institute
