Role Description The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sangamner. The Associate will support day-to-day operations, including processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with data entry and document management. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks, resolving basic queries, and escalating issues as needed. The Associate will follow standardized procedures, adhere to service level agreements, and comply with company policies and quality standards. The position also includes preparing routine reports, supporting audits, and contributing to process improvements where applicable.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to manage data, verify accuracy, and identify discrepancies.
- Proficiency in basic office software (such as spreadsheets, word processing, and email tools) and comfort working with internal systems and databases.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, document work clearly, and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle repetitive work with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment, follow standard operating procedures, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in business services, operations, or back-office support is an advantage but not mandatory for motivated early-career applicants.
