Role Description
This is an Associate internship role located on-site in Gurugram. As an Associate, you will assist in research and analysis of IP law, support the drafting and review of IP-related documents, and contribute to case preparation for enforcement actions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various IP teams to manage filings, renewals, and maintaining IP portfolios. You will also support client interactions, ensuring the delivery of practical and efficient IP solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to work on intellectual property law and related fields
- Experience or knowledge in drafting, reviewing, and managing IP legal documents and contracts
- Proficiency in case preparation, investigative work, and IP enforcement processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Educational background in Law, IP, or a related field; prior IP experience or certifications are a plus
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management
