Are you passionate about cybersecurity and looking to lead with powerful SIEM technologies? Join us as an ArcSight Associate/Senior Associate and play a key role in securing enterprise environments through advanced threat detection and incident response.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the ArcSight SIEM platform, including setup, tuning, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain correlation rules, dashboards, alerts, and reports.
- Monitor security events, identify threats, and support incident response processes.
- Integrate diverse security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint solutions) with ArcSight.
- Handle log ingestion, parsing, normalization, and event enrichment.
- Collaborate with SOC and IT teams to continuously improve security monitoring capabilities.
- Stay ahead of cyber threats by fine-tuning detection and response strategies.
🛠️ What We Seek:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a SOC or related security role, with strong ArcSight SIEM expertise.
- Solid understanding of SOC operations including incident detection and investigations.
- Hands-on skills in log management, event correlation, and security monitoring.
- Knowledge of network, endpoint security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced security environment.
