Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate, based in Gurugram. The Associate will be responsible for coordinating patient care services, managing operational tasks, and ensuring seamless execution of processes related to surgeries. Key responsibilities include interacting with patients, assisting in documentation such as insurance claims, scheduling procedures, and providing guidance throughout the patient's journey. The Associate will work closely with different departments to maintain efficiency and deliver exceptional patient care.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with patients and cross-functional teams
- Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple operational tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation and coordination of patient services
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt within a dynamic healthcare environment
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with relevant software/tools
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience in the healthcare industry and customer service is an advantage
