Role Description
This is a full-time remote Associate role. The Associate will support day-to-day tasks that may include engaging with students, coordinating sessions, executing planned activities, and providing resources to help participants bridge the gap between academic learning and industry needs. The role also involves assisting in developing strategies for impactful program delivery and ensuring participants have a clear understanding of their career goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Experience in program coordination, event management, or educational training
- Ability to research industry needs and align activities with career development objectives
- Organizational skills for managing schedules and ensuring timely delivery of sessions
- Proficiency with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Passion for personal and societal development, with a focus on youth empowerment
- Background in education, counseling, or training is a plus
