Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in Aligarh. The Associate will support daily production activities, including handling electronic components, assisting in assembly or testing operations, and maintaining workplace safety and cleanliness. The role involves following standard operating procedures, meeting production targets, and collaborating with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow. The Associate may help with basic quality checks, documentation of work completed, and reporting issues or defects to the relevant team. This position is suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, comfortable in a factory environment, and able to work in a structured, process-driven setting.
Qualifications
- Ability to follow standardized work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality procedures in an electronic manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of electrical/electronic components or willingness to learn on the job.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to meet daily production targets.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with supervisors and colleagues on the shop floor.
- Minimum educational qualification such as high school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electronics or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Aligarh and adapt to shift-based work schedules if required.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly operations is preferred but not mandatory.
