About Orbit law Services

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an Associate at our Mumbai office. The Associate will handle among other matters legal research, draft and assist in drafting key legal documents. The role involves supporting senior associates and partners to deliver effective legal solutions in areas such as banking and finance law and real estate.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of corporate law, real estate, banking and finance, private equity, and project advisory
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, transaction documentation, and corporate governance
- Excellent time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, legal databases, and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; a Master’s degree or specialization in corporate law or a related field is a plus
- Bar Council of India registration and relevant work experience will be an advantage
However, those who are in the final semester of their law graduation may also apply to be paralegals.
