Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Associate role, located in Bengaluru. The Associate will take on diverse responsibilities, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, statutory compliances, research and analysis, risk management, privacy matters, labour law matters, developing and coordinating with team members across various domains.
Qualifications
- Analytical and Research Skills: Ability to conduct in-depth research, perform data analysis, and derive actionable insights.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to communicate in local language will be an added advantage.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to draft, negotiate and review commercial contracts. Familiarity with finance, tax processes, IT infrastructure, or HR processes is a strong advantage.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset, demonstrating critical thinking and adaptability in dynamic business environments.
- Educational Background: Lawyer or Law Graduate with 2+ years of work experience having worked in either corporate or law firms.
