Role Description The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Korba. The Associate will support day-to-day sales and customer engagement activities, including presenting products, explaining features and benefits, and assisting customers with inquiries and purchases. The role involves maintaining product knowledge, participating in promotional activities, and ensuring a positive customer experience in-person. Associates will also collaborate with team members, follow company processes, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets. Basic reporting on daily activities and adherence to company policies and ethical standards are essential.

- Basic sales and customer service abilities, with an interest in direct selling and marketing.
- Ability to work on-site in Korba, manage time well, and follow structured processes.

- Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; higher education is an advantage.
