Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate role located in Bengaluru. The Associate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day business operations, analyzing data, assisting in project execution, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role involves contributing to various cross-functional activities, collaborating with teams, preparing reports, and ensuring the successful delivery of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data interpretation using tools such as MS Excel and other reporting tools
- Good project coordination and execution skills
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and interpersonal abilities
- Motivation to work in an on-site team environment and deliver consistent results
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in automotive or mobility sectors is a plus
