Key Responsibilities :-
Fleet & Rider Management: Handling the on-ground fleet and managing the delivery riders.
Operations & Performance: Overseeing daily operations and tracking performance metrics.
Efficiency: Ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and delivery efficiency is maintained.
Coordination: Team coordination and on-ground execution.
