Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in Delhi, India. The Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting appropriate insurance products based on their needs, maintaining accurate and timely records, and managing policy-related queries. Additional duties include coordinating with teams, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer interactions and team collaboration
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to handle customer inquiries and identify appropriate insurance solutions
- Organizational and documentation skills to manage records and policy details accurately
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using MS Office applications and insurance-related software
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets in a time-sensitive and goal-oriented environment
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory) with an aptitude for customer service
- Familiarity with financial concepts and insurance products will be considered a plus
