Role Description The Associate role at Let's Vacation is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. On a day-to-day basis, the Associate supports customers with vacation planning, responds to inquiries, and provides clear information about packages, pricing, and travel options. The role involves coordinating bookings, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely follow-ups with clients and partners. Associates collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, improve service quality, and support promotional activities. This position requires a strong customer focus, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Basic sales and negotiation abilities to present travel options, explain value, and support customers in decision-making.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple bookings, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.
- Comfort with using computers and common office software; ability to learn booking or CRM systems quickly.
- Good spoken and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to work in an on-site team environment in Ghaziabad.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, tourism, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
