Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in Chandigarh. The Associate will handle case research, draft legal documentation, and prepare arguments for client representation. Responsibilities include attending court hearings, assisting senior attorneys, managing client communications, and staying updated on legislative changes. The role also requires maintaining meticulous case files and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Legal Research and Case Analysis
- Strong Drafting, Writing, and Documentation skills
- Skilled in Client Communication and Relationship Management
- Knowledge of Regulatory and Compliance Standards
- Ability to articulate arguments and advocate effectively in court
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; a postgraduate degree or specialization is a plus
- Bar Council registration or certification (as applicable)
