Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in Vadodara. The Associate will be responsible for coordinating freight forwarding operations, managing cargo logistics, ensuring strict adherence to company and regulatory standards, and communicating effectively with clients and team members. The role also involves preparing documentation, analyzing market trends, and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in logistics and cargo management, including Freight Forwarding and Special Cargo Services
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for effective client interactions
- Analytical skills for evaluating market trends and improving operational processes
- Familiarity with tracking software and advanced technology to improve efficiency
- Ability to adhere to and maintain stringent quality and regulatory guidelines
- Experience in transportation or shipping industries, along with knowledge of relevant regulations, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is advantageous
