Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate at GOKUL KRIPA COLONIZERS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED. The position involves working from the Jaipur office with occasional remote work flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project documentation, supporting building and construction tasks, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and coordinating development project timelines. The Associate will also ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in project documentation
- Knowledge of construction processes, project management, and real estate development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively
- Experience with administrative and coordination tasks in construction or real estate industries
- Basic understanding of regulatory compliance related to construction and development projects
- Proficiency in computer tools, including MS Office Suite and project management software
- Ability to adapt to both in-office and remote work environments
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior experience in real estate or construction is an advantage
