Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate role located in Guwahati. The Associate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, assisting guests with inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves coordinating with various departments, maintaining a welcoming environment, and proactively addressing guest needs to deliver exceptional experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to assist and interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality operations, and front-office management is preferred.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and an adaptable mindset to handle guest concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Basic to advanced proficiency in computer systems, particularly hospitality software and platforms.
- A positive, dependable attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or service industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an asset.
