Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate at Finova Accounting Solutions, located in Udaipur. The Associate will be responsible for assisting with accounting and bookkeeping tasks, supporting tax preparation and compliance efforts, and managing medical billing and claims processing. Additional responsibilities include handling payroll, preparing accurate financial reports, and coordinating with clients to ensure their financial needs are met effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of tax planning, compliance, and preparation processes
- Experience with medical billing, claims processing, and patient account management
- Familiarity with payroll systems and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient use of accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial tools
- Effective communication skills for client interaction and collaborative teamwork
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CPA or experience in financial technology platforms are a plus
