Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in Jodhpur. As an Associate, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of asset management, including conducting financial research, preparing reports, analyzing market trends, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. You will also assist in the development of strategies and execution of client-focused solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Collaboration with team members to achieve organizational goals will be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial research, market analysis, and data interpretation
- Strong skills in report preparation, document drafting, and client communication
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in asset management or financial services is an advantage
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance practices is a plus
