Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate based in Delhi, India. The Associate will work on planning personalized travel packages, liaising with clients to understand their requirements, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating travel arrangements, managing client communication, handling queries, and ensuring smooth execution of itineraries. The Associate will work collaboratively with the team and local travel partners to deliver high-quality, customized travel solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client servicing skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in travel booking platforms and tools
- Knowledge of global travel destinations and cultural experiences
- Problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making under pressure
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional language skills are advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Business, or a related field
