Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Support Executive to manage tenant inquiries and assist in the timely resolution of violations for US-based clients. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and timely processing while working closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process violation accurately
- Respond to tenant queries
- Review and assist in violation resolution
- Coordinate with internal reviewers and supervisors
- Maintain proper documentation and file organization
- Support month-end and reporting activities as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Qualification: Graduation or equivalent
- Experience: 0–2 years in client support, customer service, or similar role
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet daily deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to property management processes
- Experience in handling customer queries and case resolution workflows
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Yardi or similar
- Prior experience working with US clients
Work Expectations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work in US time zones
- Comfortable working in a process-driven environment
