Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in Pune Division. The Associate will support daily store operations, including assisting customers with inquiries, guiding them through purchase or sale processes, and ensuring accurate documentation and data entry. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, maintaining organized records, and helping with vehicle inspections or assessments as needed. The role also involves handling basic administrative tasks, supporting inventory management, and following company policies to maintain a safe and professional workplace. Associates are expected to deliver courteous, reliable service and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Ability to provide attentive customer service, communicate clearly, and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with handling documentation, data entry, and basic reporting.
- Capacity to work on-site in a fast-paced retail environment, manage time effectively, and follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common office software or point-of-sale systems.
- Willingness to learn about automotive retail processes and vehicle evaluation; prior experience in retail or automotive sectors is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed, maintain professionalism, and uphold company standards for ethics and customer care.
