Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in Chennai. The Associate will play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing outstanding customer service, handling orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment in the cafe. The role also involves assisting in event setups, coordinating with the kitchen team for timely orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food service and hospitality industry standards
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
